Cooperation with STX Finland Oy and another job at the Eldfisk II project

The cooperation on the Eldfisk II project goes beyond the borders of Poland and Norway. SEC Pomorze has been awarded contract by STX Finland Oy for supplying groups of highly skilled personnel to work at manufacturing of steel modules of offshore platform Eldfisk II at yard in Turku.
At yard in Turku the 154-cabin accommodation module will be fabricated. Contracted assembly and welding works have started in August 2012, and will be performed for STX Finland Oy part of the STX Europe Group, an international shipbuilding group.
Eldfisk II is part of Greater Ekofisk Area Development project. It is a project of development of The Greater Ekofisk area, one of the oldest operational field complexes on the Norwegian continental shelf located in the North Sea, approximately 300km south-west of Stavanger. This area consists of three fields: Ekofisk, Eldfisk and Embla.
