At SEC Grupa, we actively support local youth athletes and sports clubs, investing directly in the future of our society. **Compliance & Ethics ** ## **Åpenhetsrapport / Transparency report ** In the Norwegian offshore, oil & gas, and shipbuilding industries, success is built on mutual trust, equality, and uncompromising safety. At SEC, supplying highly skilled personnel to these demanding sectors means taking full responsibility for the people who do the work. Published in accordance with the Norwegian Transparency Act (Åpenhetsloven), these documents detail our straightforward commitment to safeguarding human rights, ensuring decent working conditions, and maintaining an ethical supply chain.
